伊利湖战役

伊利湖战役是1812年战争中的一场水上战役，于1813年9月10日在俄亥俄附近的伊利湖爆发。九艘美国海军军舰(5艘双桅纵帆船，3艘双桅横帆船，1艘单桅帆船）决定性地击败了英国六艘军舰（2艘全帆装船，1艘双桅横帆船，2艘双桅纵帆船，1艘单桅帆船）。这场战役奠定了美国在伊利湖的控制权，让美国人收复了底特律和赢取泰晤士战争，并击败了特库姆塞的印第安联邦。
