美国军事基地
布利斯堡（Fort Bliss）是位于美国得克萨斯州和新墨西哥州交界的一个军事基地，面积约1,700平方英里（4,400平方千米），是美国陆军的第二大军事基地，仅次于白沙导弹靶场。据2010年人口普查，布利斯堡有8,591人居住[11]。

布利斯堡是第1装甲师的所在地，该师在德国部署了40年后于2011年返回美国本土。该师得到第1装甲师保障旅的支持。该设施也是联合服务司令部北方联合特遣部队 (JTF) 的所在地。JTF North支持联邦执法机构开展反毒品/打击跨国有组织犯罪行动；它促进国防部（DOD）在美国北方司令部（USNORTHCOM）责任区的培训，以瓦解跨国犯罪组织并阻止他们的行动自由，以保护国土并提高国防部单位的战备状态。
第32陆军航空和导弹防御司令部（AAMDC）是战区级陆军航空和导弹防御多组成部分组织，能在全球范围内执行72小时部署任务。陆军部队司令部和联合部队地面部队司令部（ARFOR / JFLCC）组织执行关键的战区空中和导弹防御计划、整合、协调和执行职能。联合现代化司令部（JMC）计划、准备和执行联合作战评估以及其他概念和能力评估，提供客观分析和可行建议，以加强多域指挥和控制并为陆军现代化决策提供信息。根据命令，JMC 进行定向评估以支持陆军未来司令部的跨职能小组。
