海伦·索莫斯
海伦·索莫斯（英语：Helen Sommers；1932年3月29日—2017年3月7日），是美国的民主党政治人物，前华盛顿州众议院议员。

索莫斯生于新泽西州伍德伯里，曾在华盛顿大学就读[1]，也曾担任哈佛大学的查尔斯·布拉德森林研究员[2]。
自1972年起，她以民主党党籍当选为华盛顿州众议院第三十六选区代表议员[3]，至2009年退休，是当时华盛顿州议会服务时期最长的议员[4]。
