西尔斯百货

西尔斯·罗巴克公司（Sears, Roebuck and Company），通称西尔斯百货（Sears），是一家美国百货公司，总部原位于西尔斯大厦，现位于霍夫曼庄园。它由理查德·沃伦·西尔斯成立于1892年，次年改现名。

1980年代之前，它是美国最大的零售商，但1990年被沃尔玛和凯马特超越[3]，2018年时是美国第31大零售商[4]。由于经营不善，其母公司西尔斯控股在2018年10月15日宣布破产，大量门店关闭[5]。而西尔斯百货本身则在2019年被卖给ESL投资（ESL Investments）[6]，ESL投资成立了新的子公司Transform Holdco LLC来管理西尔斯百货。
