非军事化

非军事化是指一国减少或解散自己的武装力量，军事化则与之相反[1]。例如英国在北爱尔兰实施非军事化后在当地削减安全和军事机构 [2]；哥斯达黎加宪法自1949年明文禁止常设军队，因此成为首例完全非军事化的案例。非军事化是两次世界大战后许多国家实施的政策。例如第一次世界大战结束后，英国实施裁军 [3]。
