The most common question that gets asked is which Xenon HID colors are legal and which are illegal for headlights or fog lights of any vehicle / car, truck or motorcycles? Are Blue Lights legal ? are yellow lights legal ? If my Xenon lights are too bright will I get a ticket ? or will the cops just cut me some slack ? 
     When you will see many fellow drivers with different colored lights such as purple , for instance and Green to match his or her Low Rider's colored vehicle .. you are probably curious why dont they get cited for such a distraction ? so how do you find out. From experience as a professional HID Lights Installer, One can tell his or her clients that  as long as your headlights do not distort / disturb the oncoming traffic you are fine ! Said another way as long as your headlights do not blind the oncoming traffic you are good to go. Now you are thinking what about color ? One should buy from a source where there is OEM White color option , generally speaking in terms of Legality of street legal HID Headlights / Light bulbs the whiter the color the better.
     One would recommend white HID lights then Blue or any other color , the reason is because any other color besides white color will distract oncoming traffic and give a reason for authority to give you a citation.
