维基百科:典范条目评选/存档方式

关闭FAC的决定须由FAC协调员（MilkyDefer）之一作出。协调员通过将提名页从Wikipedia:典范条目评选页面删除，并将其添加到以下页面之一来表明其决定：
- 加入Wikipedia:典范条目评选/提名存档，表示条目落选
- 加入Wikipedia:典范条目评选/入选记录和WP:FA，表示条目入选FA
机器人定期处理已关闭的提名，其工作是向提名页面添加存档标签、更新条目讨论页以及向入选条目添加典范条目的图标。机器人无法决定条目入选或落选，它只是在FAC协调员决定条目入选或落选后更新相关页面。
机器人处理应在24小时内进行。 请不要自己修改{{featured article candidates}}和{{article history}}模板，这会导致机器人无法处理。如果条目已入选，您可以在条目底部加入{{featured article}}以添加典范条目的图标。

同样，关闭FAR须由FAR协调员（[[User:|User:]]）之一作出。They indicate this decision by removing the nomination page from the Featured article review page, and adding it to the featured article review archive. Editors will know if the article was kept or delisted by checking the archive; the {{featured article review}} template should remain in place until the bot processes the close.
