停電蛋糕
停電蛋糕(英語:Blackout cake),有時也稱為布魯克林黑蛋糕(英語:Brooklyn Blackout cake)是一種黑巧克力蛋糕,裏面填滿了巧克力布丁,頂部有巧克力屑。它是由布魯克林一家名為Ebinger's的連鎖麵包店在第二次世界大戰期間發明的,[1][2][3]以紀念為保護布魯克林海軍造船廠而強制停電的事件。 [4]
