不动产市场管理局
不动产市场管理局（阿拉伯语：الهيئة العامة للعقار；英语：Real Estate General Authority, REGA，又译房地产管理局），是沙特阿拉伯政府于2017年成立的机构[1][2]，负责不动产业相关规范的制定、奖励投资和消费者保护，并定期发布不动产市场指标以提高市场透明度。[3]

编辑不动产市场管理局总部位于首都利雅德，在财务和行政方面独立运作。[2]机构由董事会管理，董事会主席由住房部部长兼任。[4][5]
