不动产抵押贷款证券

不动产抵押贷款证券（Mortgage-backed security，MBS），资产抵押债券的一种，将以不动产为抵押的贷款证券化后，以打包形式在市场上交易的工具。

MBS在次贷危机中占有很重要的角色[1]。
