交叉呈递(Cross-presentation)是一些抗原呈递细胞具有能将外源型抗原使用MHC Ⅰ类分子呈递至CD8+ T细胞(细胞毒性T细胞,CTL)的能力。交叉呈递可以造成交叉致敏(Cross-priming),激活初始细胞毒性CD8+ T细胞[1]。交叉呈递对于免疫系统抵抗不侵染抗原呈递细胞(APC)或能削弱树突状细胞(DC)的大部分肿瘤和病毒来说至关重要[2][3]。此外,交叉呈递对于使用蛋白质抗原的疫苗(比如肿瘤疫苗)接种来说也是必要的,因为交叉呈递可以诱导细胞免疫[4]
