伦敦绿带圈
伦敦绿带圈（英语：Metropolitan Green Belt，即大都会绿带）是英国首都圈——大伦敦外围的一块法定绿带区。涵盖行政区除大伦敦的边缘地区外，尚包含东南英格兰、东英格兰的贝德福郡、伯克郡、白金汉郡、埃塞克斯郡、哈特福郡、肯特郡及萨里郡部分区域[1]。
起源 编辑
伦敦绿带圈在英国同类型的保留区中，是最早实施的一个，由大伦敦区域规划委员会（Greater London Regional Planning Committee）在1935年开发。“1938年（大伦敦及周边各郡）绿带法”（The Green Belt (London and Home Counties) Act 1938）允许首都周边的各郡政府收购土地作为保留开放空间，并与地主立约保证被指定土地不得进行大规模开发。1947年城乡规划法（Town and Country Planning Act 1947）允许各郡政府将指定区域在其发展计划中作为绿地保留区 [2]。
