褶伞蜥
飞蜥科褶伞蜥属爬行动物
褶伞蜥（学名：Chlamydosaurus kingii），又名斗篷蜥，是飞蜥科斗篷蜥属的唯一一种生物，分布于澳大利亚西、北部和新几内亚南部。受威胁时颈部的伞状薄膜会张开、口部张大以吓走敌人。平常以四足行走，逃跑时用后足。生活于干燥的草原灌木地带，以昆虫和其他小型蜥蜴为食。天敌为蛇。

褶伞蜥由约翰·爱德华·格雷基于英国皇家海军美人鱼号的船长菲利普·帕克·金带回英国的标本正式描述于1825年[1][2][3]，而这个标本本身则是随船植物学家艾伦·坎宁安在澳大利亚西北部的海湾搜集到的[4]。
形态 编辑
它是一种较大的飞蜥科生物，体长可达85厘米（2.79英尺）[5]。平常以四足行走，但也可以用后足奔跑[6]。
