卡拉斯区
卡拉斯区（英语：ǁKaras Region、!Karas Region[1]，2013年8月之前称Karas Region）是纳米比亚的一个区，位于该国南部，东、南邻南非共和国（南界为奥兰治河），西面大西洋。面积约161,325平方公里，2001年人口69,329人。[2]首府基特曼斯胡普。下分6分区。
