印度教性(Hindutva),或译印度教特性(Hinduness),是一种印度教民族主义的表现形式[1]。这术语由维纳亚克·达莫德尔·萨瓦卡于1923年创造[2],这种意识形态被国民志愿服务团印度人民党使用[3][4]

印度教性运动被描述为“右翼极端主义”[5]的变体和“几乎是古典意义上的法西斯主义”,坚持同质化多数和文化霸权的概念。[6][6]一些分析家对印度教与法西斯主义的认定存在争议,并认为印度教是一种极端形式的保守主义或“民族专制主义”[7]
