叙利亚人民议会议长
叙利亚人民议会议长（阿拉伯语：رئيس مجلس الشعب）是叙利亚人民议会的领袖[1][2]。现任人民议会议长是汉穆达·萨巴格。

人民议会每四个历年选举一次。新当选的人民委员会第一次会议负责选举该委员会的议长。人民议会每年至少举行三次会议，议长有权召开理事会特别会议。人民议会的警卫属于议长的权力范围。在主席任期届满前60天，议长要求举行新的选举。所有总统候选人都必须由议长亲自批准。如果只有一名候选人可以接受，议长应推迟选举。选举结果计算完毕后将公布选举结果[3]。
