古田俊正（ふるた としまさ）是一位日本天文学家[1]。

自1989年以来，他与秋山万喜夫一起在静冈县裾野市发现了10颗小行星，其中包括小行星5333金谷。

小行星中心认为他于1980年至1996年间发现或共同发现了82颗小行星[2]。
