史万谱带碳星彗星和燃烧碳氢化合物燃料的光谱特征[1][2]。它们是以苏格兰物理学家威廉·史万 (物理学家)英语William Swan命名,因为他于1856年首次研究分析了自由基的双原子碳(C2)光谱[3]
