奥利佛·米高·提摩太·奥多诺万（英语：Oliver Michael Timothy O'Donovan，1945年6月28日—）是英国圣公宗牧师和学者，以研究基督教伦理闻名。他主要研究范围是政治神学。他由1982年至2006年是牛津大学道德与教牧神学钦定教授（Regius Professor of Moral and Pastoral Theology）。他由2006至2013年是爱丁堡大学新学院基督教伦理与实践神学教授（Professor of Christian Ethics and Practical Theology）。自2013起他是爱丁堡大学的荣誉教授。[1]

奥多诺万于1945年6月28日出生于伦敦。[2]他是米高·法兰西斯·奥多诺万（Michael Francis O'Donovan，1906-1966）和琼·克纳佩·奥多诺万（Joan Knape O'Donovan）的儿子。他父亲较为人熟悉的名字是弗兰克·奥康纳，是著名的爱尔兰作家，以短篇小说及传记最为有名。[3]

他的博士论文是圣奥古斯丁自恋问题，由牛津大学教授亨利·查德威克（Henry Chadwick）和普林斯顿大学教授保罗·拉姆齐（Paul Ramsey）指导。[4]

奥多诺万于1972年在英格兰教会被按立为会吏，1973年被按立为牧师。作为一个学术型牧者，他从没作全职服事。他于1982至2006年期间在牛津大学 基督堂座堂当法政牧师。他于2005至2006年期间在英格兰教会公会议中服事。自2005年11月起，他是隶属于约克教省的教省法政牧师（Canon Provincial）及驻于约克大教堂的教省神学家。[5]他自2015起取得圣公会约克教区颁发的行使许可证（英语：permission to officiate）。

他曾在牛津大学威克里夫学堂(1972-1977)和加拿大多伦多威克里夫学院（Wycliffe College； 1977-1982）教学。他曾当牛津大学的道德与教牧神学钦定教授和牛津大学基督堂座堂的法政牧师（1982-2006）。他是爱丁堡大学新学院的基督教伦理与实践神学教授（2006-2013）及曾当其神学与公共事务中心（页面存档备份，存于互联网档案馆）（The Centre for Theology and Public Issues）的副总裁。现是该大学的荣誉教授。他也曾当基督教伦理研究会（Society for the Study of Christian Ethics）的主席。[1]
