宅度假(英语:Staycation),是因为2019冠状病毒病所衍生的新词[1],源自于各国因应疫情所实行的封城措施,由于民众长期不能离开常住的城市,所以折衷地入住本地的酒店度假[2][3][4][5]

英语Staycation常与Staycaution混淆,但Staycaution也代表要对病毒保持警惕。

由于缺乏外国到访的旅客,宅度假成为了酒店重要的收入来源,以支付部分营运成本,各酒店纷纷推出优惠作招徕[6][7]
