小切口角膜基质透镜取出术

小切口角膜基质透镜取出术（英语：Small incision lenticule extraction，缩写SMILE）, 原先被称为Femtosecond lenticule extraction（FLEx），是眼睛激光屈光手术的一种，用来矫正近视和散光，由Carl Zeiss Meditec所开发[1]。
根据理论，相较于其他掀角膜办的手术，SMILE的优势为最小化侵入，并且因为飞秒激光相度快速，不会造成周围组织的损害。对于疗程后角膜伤口愈合和发炎反应的研究很有限，有些迹象显示，与飞秒激光LASIK相比，与伤口愈合有关的纤维联蛋白表现较少[2]。因为SMILE手术相对其他矫正手术更新，结果研究还有限，但SMILE术后五年的追踪结果指出手术五年后结果稳定[3]。
