左胃动脉

在人体中，左胃动脉源自于腹腔动脉并流经胃小弯上段。左胃动脉会分出食道支，供养食道下段。左胃动脉会与右胃动脉吻合，由右流到左。

病理学

如果胃溃疡侵犯到胃黏膜下层的动脉支，可能导致严重出血。血液进入胃腔可能会导致呕血或黑便。
