巴斯德氏菌属

巴斯德氏菌属（Pasteurella）系细菌界的一个属。该属的细菌均是兼性厌氧的革兰氏阴性菌[1][2]。巴斯德氏菌具有多形性，但不具有能动性 。该属的大部分物种都呈过氧化氢酶和氧化酶阳性[3]。

这个属的细菌是以法国化学家和微生物学家路易斯·巴斯德命名的。他是第一个确定今天被称为“多杀性巴斯德氏菌”（Pasteurella multocida）的细菌是霍乱的元凶的人。
发病机制 编辑
巴斯德氏菌属内的许多物种都是人畜共通传染病的病原体，被家养的宠物咬伤后，人可能会因此染上相关疾病[4][5]。
多杀性巴斯德氏菌是导致人类巴斯德氏菌感染的主要病原体[6]。人患上巴斯德氏菌感染症后一般会出现肿胀、蜂窝组织炎、伤口流出带血分泌物的症状。感染还可能会扩散到患处附近的关节，并导致被感染的关节肿胀发炎。
氯霉素、青霉素、四环素、大环内酯类药物都能很好地杀灭巴斯德氏菌属的细菌。
许多、狗猫的口腔中含有巴斯德氏菌属的细菌。兔的体内也常常携带着这类细菌。这些动物在健康时也携带有巴斯德氏菌属的细菌。因为这些细菌常常会感染人，所以在人被动物咬伤时，在医疗上采取积极的防御措施（抗菌治疗常常是必要的）是必要的[7]。
在兔体内 编辑
多杀性巴斯德氏菌能导致兔生病甚至死亡。兔子染上相关疾病后的主要症状是上呼吸道疾病。多杀性巴斯德氏菌能通过兔的鼻腔分泌物传播，并在兔子的群体中迅速扩散。在水中或潮湿地区，多杀性巴斯德氏菌能存活好几天[8]。
