巴里·罗兰
巴里·罗兰（英语：Barry Rowland；1961年8月—）是英国行政人员，曾任福克兰群岛行政长官[2]。他还曾担任诺森伯兰郡议会和新堡市议会的执行长[2]。

罗兰在东北英格兰达勒姆郡达勒姆成长，于杜伦大学取得工商管理硕士学位[3]。罗兰自1979年进入新堡市议会成为管理实习生，2009年成为议会的首席执行官，30年间都在议会工作[4]。2011年，罗兰因超速行驶被自己所在议会设置的摄像头拍到而登上新闻头条[5]。
2012年，罗兰在与议会领袖尼克·福布斯（Nick Forbes）公开争吵后，经双方同意离开新堡议会，并获得215,331英镑的补偿[2][6]。罗兰继续担任诺森伯兰郡议会首席执行官，直至2015年8月为“追求新的挑战”而辞职[7]。2016年5月，英国政府宣布罗兰将于2016年10月就任福克兰群岛行政长官[8]。2021年4月，莱斯特市议会高级人员安迪·基林继任其职位[1][9]。
2017年5月，在福克兰群岛总督柯林·罗伯茨及副总督“意外且不可避免地缺席”福克兰群岛事务后，罗兰获任为福克兰群岛代理总督[10]。
