日耳曼学（Germanistik；German studies），也译为德国研究等，是指以德语世界为研究对象的学科，研究内容包括了德国、奥地利等国和地区的文化、历史和政治等领域，通常包括日耳曼语言学和日耳曼文学研究两个领域。德国、奥地利、瑞士等国大学提供培育德语语言学教师的课程[1]。
