爱德华·安德烈 (领事)
爱德华·安德烈（Édouard André）[1]是1898年担任比利时驻马尼拉的领事。美西战争时，美国海军特级上将乔治·杜威寻求他的协助，以帮助西班牙在马尼拉湾战役战败后在马尼拉向美国投降的事宜。爱德华·安德烈在英国领事爱德华·亨利·罗森-沃克病逝后担任此职，并担任西班牙驻菲律宾总督费尔明·豪德内斯的中间人。[2][3][4]
