爱尔兰警察（爱尔兰语：An Garda Síochána）是爱尔兰共和国的国家警察部队，其警察总监由爱尔兰政府任命。警察总部设于都柏林市内的凤凰公园。

自从卫队于1923年成立以来，其一直都是非武装部队为主，超过百分之七十五警察没有佩枪。[7] 2016年，警队雇用了约一万三千名经宣誓后就职的执法人员，以及二千名文职人员和七百名辅警。[4]警队根据行动需要将全国划分成六个地理总区：东部总区、南部总区、东南部总区、西部总区和都柏林都会总区。[8]
警队职责包括调查罪案、预防罪案、道路交通安全执法的任务外，亦履行社区警务、保护外交人员与证人及出入境管制的职责。
