戴大为

戴大为（Michael C. Davis；1949年12月10日—）是一名美国法学家、政治学家，目前担任O·P·金德尔全球大学法学与国际事务学院教授。

早年从俄亥俄州立大学取得学士学位，其后先后从加利福尼亚大学哈斯汀法学院和耶鲁法学院取得法学硕士。其后长期任教香港大学法律学院，并且积极参与香港的公民事务，包括加入四十五条关注组。
