新幾內亞角鵰
新幾內亞角鵰（学名：Harpyopsis novaeguineae）是一种大型的灰棕色猛禽，雌性体型略大于雄性。它是该属下的唯一成员[2]。

习性 编辑
新幾內亞角鵰是新几内亚的特有种，栖息在未开发的热带雨林中。在岛屿上的巨蜥与袋狮灭绝后，新幾內亞角鵰成为当地顶级掠食者，主要的猎物为蛇、其他鸟类与哺乳类，比如袋貂、新几内亚唱犬的幼仔等[3]。
保育 编辑
由于栖息地破坏与滥捕，新幾內亞角鵰在国际自然保护联盟濒危物种红色名录中被列为易危物种[1]。
