柠檬鳞伞（学名：Pholiota limonella）属于球盖菇科鳞伞属^[1]，是一种生长于针叶树树桩和原木上的伞菌目腐生蕈类^[2]。得名于其柠檬黄色（英语：Lemon (color)）的外表^[2]^:201。

本物种有三个亚种，分别是：P. abietis、P. connata及P. subvelutipes^[3]。根据Phillips (2010)，本物种被标记为“不可食用”（Not edible）但“味道温和”（taste mild）^[2]^:201；不过在中华人民共和国湖北省，有基金专案申请研究驯化栽培柠檬鳞伞以供食用^[1]。
