毛蠓属（学名：Dasyhelea）是双翅目蠓科毛蠓亚科（Dasyheleinae）之下唯一的一个属。本属物种的特征是其幼虫的尾节（anal segment）有retractile posterior prolegs。这些幼虫都是水生。其成虫并不吸食有脊椎动物的血液，也不以其他昆虫为食，反而只食花蜜。这在其他同属蠓科的物种当中实属罕见。

- 两室亚属（Subgenus Dicryptoscena Enderlin, 1936）：模式种：Dasyhelea inclusa Kieffer, 1918，现时在中国有3个物种。
