民主律师国际协会
民主律师国际协会（英语：International Association of Democratic Lawyers，簡稱IADL）是法学家协会的一个国际组织。它自述为关心帝国主义和殖民主义的人权组织。[1]但有学者和美国政府认为它是一个共产党掩护机构。[2][3][4][5]

民主律师国际协会被认为是于1946年由KGB推动而成立的掩护机构。[2]直到21世纪，该组织仍然是俄罗斯情报机构的工具。[3]
大事记 编辑
- 1950年9月，美国众议院非美活动调查委员会的报告认为：该组织是共产主义外围组织。[4]
- 1951年9月，该组织派出委员会调查朝鲜战争细菌战的指控，发表“美国在韩国犯罪报告”，声称美国在朝鲜战争中使用生物武器。[6]
- 2006年，该组织声称，联合国海地稳定特派团被美国操纵，并呼吁释放左翼政党拉瓦拉斯派成员。[7]
- 2009年，该组织对美国最高法院提交法庭之友，要求释放五名古巴间谍。[8]
- 2012年，该组织表示反对使用武力制裁叙利亚和伊朗。[9]
与联合国 编辑
“民主律师国际协会”申请成为联合国经济及社会理事会“专门咨询地位”，于1954年，1955年，1957年和1959年都提出申请，但申请被驳回。[10][11][12][13] 1967年申请获准。 [14][15]
到1967年年底为止，共有377个非政府组织具有联合国经济和社会理事会“咨询地位”，其中143个属于“专门咨询地位”。“咨询地位”是指联合国经社理事会可能咨询该组织某些问题。一个组织的“咨询地位”可分为三类： A类，该组织关注经社理事会大多数活动。 B类(“专门咨询地位”)，该组织有专门能力，但只关注经社理事会少数的活动。 对于经社理事会的工作有显著贡献的组织，则列入名册随时咨询。[14]

The current international Communist front for attorneys is known as the International Association of Democratic Lawyers. This organization is sometimes referred to as the International Association of Democratic Jurists.
