法兰西丝·艾玛·巴伍德
法兰西丝·艾玛·巴伍德（英语：Frances Emma Barwood）是美国政治人物，曾任凤凰城副市长和凤凰城市议员。

1997年3月13日凤凰城光点事件发生后，巴伍德曾在市议会会议上询问有关问题，其后又曾写信给联邦参议员约翰·麦凯恩要求对该事件进行调查。由于认真对待凤凰城光点事件的态度，使她备受非议。[2][3][4]
