摄政 (泰国)

在泰国，摄政（泰语：ผู้สำเร็จราชการแทนพระองค์）是指当泰国君主无法行使职权或出现空位期时，代行其官方职权的人。

摄政旗

任命 编辑

根据2007年泰国宪法（英语：2007 constitution of Thailand），当泰国君主无法行使职权或没有君主在位时，将会由摄政代行职权。

君主失去统治能力 编辑

 
1956年9月20日，诗丽吉王后在阿南达沙玛空皇家御会馆召开的泰国国会上宣誓，接受任命为她丈夫普密蓬·阿杜德的摄政。

根据2007年泰国宪法（英语：2007 constitution of Thailand），当君主离开泰国或因任何原因而无法履行职责时，他将会任命一名特定人士成为摄政，而泰国国会议长将会副署这项任命[1]。

但如果君主因为未成年或其他原因，并未或无法任命任何一名摄政，泰国枢密院将会向国会提名一位适合的人选。一旦国会通过任命，国会议长将会以君主之名，宣布该人选成为摄政[2]。

在君主或国会任命摄政之前，枢密院院长将会暂时代行摄政职责[3]。

宪法还明订被任命的摄政，必须在就职前于国会进行就职宣誓[4]：

我，（摄政姓名），特此声明，我将会效忠（君主姓名）国王陛下，并忠实为国家与她的人民履行我的职责，也将会真诚坚持和遵守泰国宪法。

空位期 编辑

根据2007年泰国宪法（英语：2007 constitution of Thailand），当王位出现空缺时，泰国枢密院院长将会暂时成为摄政，直到下一位君主上任为止[5]。

旗帜 编辑

依据1979年国旗法案，授予摄政一面旗帜。该旗帜为白色正方形，中央有泰国国旗盾徽，上方为神鸟迦楼罗，也就是泰国国徽[6]。

  比里·帕侬荣 1941年12月16日[12] 1945年9月20日 接任潘·素坤出任摄政，阿提贴卸任后担任唯一摄政，直至1946年国王自瑞士回归[10]。1946年出任总理。
