洪裕宏

洪裕宏（1953年—），台湾当代哲学家、社会运动家与政治评论家，澄社社员，曾任国立阳明大学心智哲学研究所所长[1]、国立阳明大学心智哲学研究所荣誉教授、东吴大学哲学系客座讲座教授[2]、澄社社长、台湾智库咨询委员。

哲学研究 编辑

洪裕宏学术专长领域为意识研究、心灵哲学、连结论、神经网络、认知科学、逻辑与计算理论，拥有哲学博士与认知科学博士双学位，为1990年代台湾少数进行跨领域研究之分析哲学家，活跃于国际意识哲学与科学研究社群，两度获得行政院国家科学委员会杰出研究奖[3]。

洪裕宏致力于推行台湾哲学学术研究国际化，为台湾建设许多哲学学术研究软硬件基础设施：1993至1999年间创设国立中正大学哲学系及哲学研究所[4]；2007年创设国立阳明大学人文与社会科学院[5] 及心智哲学研究所[1]。期间指导三十九篇论文，培育二十九位哲学硕士、一位心理学硕士、与一位哲学博士。协助二十一位学生出国攻读哲学硕博士学位，其中十四位拿到美国哲学博士班奖学金、二位加拿大哲学博士班奖学金、一位德国哲学博士班奖学金。目前已有五位学生任教于各大学哲学系所[6]。自1992年至2010年间主办共十八场专业哲学与大众哲学学术研讨会[7]；2008年争取到国际最顶尖的意识科学研究学会年会主办权[8]，开启建立亚洲意识哲学与科学研究社群的第一步；2009年协办朝向意识科学年会[9]；2010年担任甫成立的亚洲意识学会理事会成员[10]。

社会运动 编辑

其社会运动参与始于就读台湾大学哲学系期间，因与刘国基等人交往甚密，卷入台湾人民解放阵线事件[11]，被中国国民党监视。后赴美攻读哲学博士，其间仍活跃于海外台湾相关政治活动。回国后投入台湾社会运动：2000年成为澄社社员 [1] （页面存档备份，存于互联网档案馆）；2003-2005年担任澄社社长；2004年担任2004年中华民国总统大选电视辩论筹办委员会委员；2005年相继担任民间监督真相调查委员会联盟召集人、三二六护台湾大游行共同召集人、二十一世纪宪改联盟总召集人、修宪电视辩论会第一场主持人、诚信修宪监督联盟召集人[12]；2006年担任司法院组织法改革推动联盟总召集人；2007年担任台湾加入联合国大联盟理事及发起人[13]；2009年担任台湾智库咨询委员[14]。

政治时事与文化评论 编辑

自2005年起经常性地在台湾政论节目（《大话新闻》与《头家来开讲》[15]）担任政治评论员针砭时事。

2010年12月，时任中国国民党秘书长金溥聪针对洪裕宏于《头家来开讲》之政治评论提出妨害名誉民事诉讼。法官认定此为针对可受公评的事项表达意见，且有凭据，属善意、适当评论范围，无不法侵害金和国民党的名誉，因此驳回所诉[16]。

2000至2011年间于各大报发表共七十七篇政治与文化评论文章[17]。
