特伦德伦伯卧位
特伦德伦伯卧位（Trendelenburg position）意指仰卧、头低脚高，斜率约为15–30度的姿势。 [1] 反特伦德伦伯卧位（reverse Trendelenburg position）则是头高脚低的仰卧位。
特伦德伦伯卧位常用腹部和泌尿生殖系统的手术 。此姿势可藉重力使腹腔内器官离开骨盆，以方便医师进行于骨盆腔进行手术。虽然有建议对低血容性休克病人采本姿势，但研究证据并不支持此作法－－因可能对肺和脑造成负面影响。 [2]
本姿势以德国外科医生弗里德里希·特伦德伦伯 （Friedrich Trendelenburg，1844-1924）命名。 [3]
