玛格南图片社（英语：Magnum Photos）是一家跨国摄影合作社，成立于1947年，最初是为了忠实呈现第二次世界大战后的影像纪实而组成，创办者都是当时知名的新闻摄影师，如罗伯特·卡帕，布列松，乔治·罗杰 ，大卫·西蒙。“玛格南”一词是一种大桶的香槟酒名，当时战地记者常在生还之后，喝这种酒与朋友庆祝，罗伯特·卡帕以此酒为摄影社命名。现今在纽约、巴黎、伦敦和东京设有据点。

玛格南图片社可能是第一个全由摄影师经营和管理的摄影经纪公司，该社让摄影师拥有自己相片的版权，而非发行的杂志或是媒体拥有版权，此外，也直接提供摄影师需要的帮助，而非与赞助商等一起提供帮助。
玛格南图片社旗下的摄影师和新闻摄影师许多都已具有相当的世界知名度，从广泛的主题，如家庭、毒品、宗教、战争、贫穷、犯罪、政府和庆典等，都有相当经典而且重要的纪实摄影作品。
今日与玛格南图片社性质相近的还有VII摄影通讯社。
