班福病毒界

多变DNA病毒域的一界病毒

班福病毒界（学名：Bamfordvirae）是病毒的一个界。[2]此界因其使用双果冻卷（英语：Jelly roll fold#Double jelly roll proteins）主要壳体蛋白而闻名。[3]此界以前被称为PRD1（英语：PRD1）-腺病毒系。[4]该界以丹尼斯·H·班福德（Dennis H. Bamford）命名，他首先推动了所有编码双果冻卷主要壳体蛋蛋白的病毒的演化统一。[5][6][4]
