社交联系感人际关系的一部分,是指一个人因与他人之间保持亲密关系而感到的幸福感,例如一个人在与亲密的人来往时能感到自己被对方关心、被重视以及被的感觉,而且自己遇到困难,还能获得他人的支持。[1][2][3]如果缺乏社交联系感,会让人感到孤独[4]加速衰老和增加罹患心血管疾病的风险以及 [5]自杀风险[6]
