维平·纳朗（英语：Vipin Narang）是一位美国政治学家，曾任美国国防部代理太空政策助理部长（英语：Assistant Secretary of Defense for Space Policy），负责直到2024年8月的太空政策，其职责包括太空和导弹防御政策，以及核威慑和反制大规模毁灭性武器政策。^[1]
