罗伯特·大卫·斯蒂尔
罗伯特·大卫·斯蒂尔（英语：Robert David Steele，1952年7月16日—2021年8月29日）是美国政治活动家，曾经在中央情报局和美国海军陆战队任职。他以倡导开源情报而闻名[1][2][3]。

1979年至1988年于中央情报局任职，1988年至1993年间于美国海军陆战队任职。在1993年至2010年间，他担任开源情报公司Open Source Solutions的首席执行官[4]。
2011年，斯蒂尔宣布竞选美国改革党的总统候选人提名，他在2012年2月23日退选[5]。2015年6月，斯蒂尔宣布竞选自由意志党的总统候选人提名[6]，2016年1月，他表示退选[7]。
2017年9月，斯蒂尔与前美国联邦众议员辛西亚·麦金尼共同发起名为“#UNRIG”的运动[8][9]。
2017年6月，斯蒂尔在接受艾力克斯·琼斯的采访时称NASA在火星上拥有一个殖民地；NASA发言人盖·韦伯斯特（Guy Webster）随后否认了斯蒂尔的此一指控[10]。
