罗马尼亚航空371号班机空难是一起发生于1995年3月31日的空难事故，当日罗马尼亚航空371号班机原定在当地时间09：06分从罗马尼亚的布加勒斯特奥托佩尼-亨利·科安德国际机场飞往比利时的布鲁塞尔机场，但在起飞不久后，便坠毁于距离布加勒斯特火车站约300米的地方，造成机上60人全数罹难[1]。调查报告指出是正机师于飞行中失能（未知为昏迷或死亡）及飞机的左舷发动机油门故障[2][3]，副机师在需驾驶飞机、机械故障、机长失能等多重压力下，未能独立解决，最终飞机坠毁。该起空难是罗马尼亚历史上致死人数最高的空难[4][5]。
