美国儿科医师学院（英语：American College of Pediatricians，简称英语：ACPeds）是由约五百名提倡保守势力复兴的小儿科医生所组成的组织。[1]

创立于2002年，创始者都来自美国小儿科学会，因为无法接受美国小儿科学会支持LGBT收养的缘故，因此决定脱离原学会，转而创立该学院，以示抗议。[2][3][4]
截至2016年为止，此学院的会员人数约为500人。[5]
