美国体操队性侵丑闻

美国体操队性侵丑闻是有关美国女性体操队员遭受性侵（许多人被性侵时还未成年）的事件，事件从1990年代末开始。有超过368个队员指控曾被“全国各地的体育馆负责人、体操教练、体操相关工作人员”性侵[1][2]。其中，有上百个体操队员的诉讼是针对长期担任美国体操代表队队医的拉里·纳萨尔，指称他以提供医疗为理由，性侵至少14年的时间。此一丑闻最早是由印第安纳波利斯星报在2016年9月报导，受害人超过265名女性[3]，包括前美国女子体操代表队（英语：United States women's national gymnastics team）队员洁西卡·霍华德（英语：Jessica Howard）、杰米·丹茨彻（英语：Jamie Dantzscher）、摩根·怀特（Morgan White）、珍妮特·安托林（英语：Jeanette Antolin）、麦凯拉·马罗尼、亚历山德拉·莱斯曼、梅姬·尼科尔斯（英语：Maggie Nichols (gymnast)）、加布丽埃勒·道格拉斯、西蒙·拜尔斯、乔婷·韦伯、萨布丽娜·维加（英语：Sabrina Vega）、阿什顿·洛克利尔（英语：Ashton Locklear）、凯拉·罗斯、麦迪逊·科齐安、阿曼达·杰特（英语：Amanda Jetter）、塔莎·施维克特（英语：Tasha Schwikert）、玛蒂·拉尔森（英语：Mattie Larson）、贝利·奇（英语：Bailie Key）、肯尼迪·贝克（英语：Kennedy Baker）、阿莉莎·鲍曼（英语：Alyssa Baumann）和泰林·汉弗莱（英语：Terin Humphrey）都指控曾受到拉里·纳萨尔的性侵。这是运动史上最大的性侵丑闻[4][5][6][7]。

拉里·纳萨尔在2017年7月11日针对联邦提出持有儿童色情制品的指控认罪，在2017年12月7日宣判，有期徒刑60年。同年11月22日，针对州法院提出的七项一级性侵指控认罪，一周后又对另外三项性侵指控认罪。2018年1月24日，拉里·纳萨尔被判刑，刑期至少增加40年，此一刑期是从儿童色情制品的60年服刑期满开始计算。在2018年2月5日时，拉里·纳萨尔的刑期至少再增加40年。2019年时，拉里·纳萨尔在美国科尔曼监狱（英语：United States Penitentiary, Coleman）服刑。

印第安纳波利斯星报花了九个月调查此事，发现这类性侵普遍的原因是“性掠夺的教练从一个体育馆到另一个体育馆，宽松的监督系统没有察觉到这些事，或是被这些体育馆忽略了这些危险的资讯。”[8]。美国体操协会（USAG）以及密歇根州立大学（拉里·纳萨尔曾在密歇根州立大学担任骨科医师（英语：osteopathic physician），故该大学也被指控助长拉里·纳萨尔的性侵行为[9][10][11]），在前体操运动员提出对拉里·纳萨尔的许多诉讼中，美国体操协会和密歇根州立大学也名列被告[12][13][14]。除了拉里·纳萨尔外，其他密歇根州、宾州、加州、罗德岛、印第安那州等地的体操教练也有性侵情形[8]。

拉里的行为亦伤及自己的婚姻，2017年7月，因为感情疏远，前妻史蒂芬妮与她的丈夫赖瑞·纳萨尔离婚，她获得了三个孩子的完全监护权。但是这次离婚案的法庭记录却无处查询。

2018年5月16日时，ESPN宣布受害人获得亚瑟·阿什勇气奖（英语：Arthur Ashe Courage Award）[15]。同年的12月13日，美国的国家大学体育协会（NCAA）颁给梅姬·尼科尔斯NCAA激励奖（英语：NCAA Inspiration Award），因为梅姬·尼科尔斯是首先举报拉里·纳萨尔的人[16][a]。

2021年12月13日，遭到拉里·纳萨尔性侵的数百名女性与美国体操协会达成和解，她们将获得3.8亿美元的赔偿。[18]
