耶氏酵母属
耶氏酵母属（学名：Yarrowia）是子囊菌门酵母菌目双足囊菌科的一个属。过去本属为单型属，仅包含解脂耶氏酵母（Yarrowia lipolytica，又称解脂亚罗酵母）一种，为可使用许多烃类为碳源的酵母菌（双态性真菌）[2]，并可合成一些特殊油脂，其细胞中油脂含量超过20%[3]，因此是工业微生物学上的重要物种[4]。2019年，欧洲食品安全局核准解脂耶氏酵母为一种安全的新兴食物[5]。
