肖恩·迈克尔·斯派塞（英语：Sean Michael Spicer，[2][3]1971年9月23日—），美国政治人物，在特朗普总统时期担任白宫新闻秘书，兼任白宫通讯联络主任（英语：White House Communications Director）。2011年至2017年间，斯派塞曾任共和党全国委员会通讯总监，并于2015年至2017年间兼任共和党首席战略家。[4]

2004年11月13日，斯派塞在华盛顿哥伦比亚特区的圣奥本主教堂（英语：St. Alban's Episcopal Church (Washington, D.C.)）迎娶了时任电视制作人丽贝卡·米勒。[2]婚后俩人同住于维吉尼亚州的亚历山大，并育有两子。[17]丽贝卡·米勒是美国啤酒批发商协会（英语：National Beer Wholesalers Association）的资深副总裁，专责通讯与公共事务。[18][19]此外，斯派塞是一名天主教徒。[20]
