《脱去枷锁的回忆：奴隶实录》（英语：Unchained Memories: Readings from the Slave Narratives，或简称Unchained Memories）是一部2003年美国纪录片，由艾德·贝尔和托马斯·列侬执导，HBO出品[3]，讲述了1930年代作为联邦作家计划的一部分而对前奴隶的采访，其故事保存在WPA奴隶叙事典藏中，当中包含两千多名前奴隶的个人回忆录；纪录片揭晓了这些故事，描述了奴隶们的情感和他们所承受的痛苦。
