斯高茨中学

斯高茨中学（英语：The Scots College，又译作：苏格兰学院），由长老会的3位牧师于1893年建立，是澳洲历史最悠久、学费最贵[5]的私立男校之一。第一代校舍位于悉尼南部郊区布莱顿勒桑兹（Brighton-Le-Sands），由当时的新布莱顿酒店（New Brighton Hotel）改建而成。开学初期正值经济萧条，第一个学期只有10个走读生和25个宿生。两年后学校迁往位于贝尔维尤山的现址，历年来校舍数度扩建，至今中学部已有3座教学大楼和5座宿舍，学生人数大约1,800（幼稚园至中学12年级）。

学校最享誉盛名的是其苏格兰风笛队，每年都会参与澳纽军团日的巡游，2012年更获邀请参与英女皇的钻禧纪念爱丁堡皇家军乐表演（Diamond Jubilee Edinburgh Royal Military Tattoo）。1994年风笛队一行15名学生曾包机到诺福克岛表演，已有55年历史的道格拉斯DC-3双引擎螺旋桨飞机离开悉尼机场200米（660英尺）后，左边引擎失去动力，飞机随即在半空翻转且堕入博特尼湾，连同机组人员和随行老师所有人都迅速获救，只有其中一名空姐遭受重伤[6][7][8]。
