西里尔·诺斯古德·帕金森
西里尔·诺斯古德·帕金森(英语：Cyril Northcote Parkinson, 1909年7月30日—1993年4月9日)英国作家、社会学家、管理学家，剑桥学者，生平著作60多本，以帕金森定理闻名学界。[1]
