训诫
训诫（英语：admonition）是苏格兰法律中最轻的惩罚，意即犯罪者已被裁断有罪或已认罪，但因违犯行为轻微，不处以罚款，而是处以口头警告，定罪仍予以记录。
该处置相当于无条件释放，只是在许多司法管辖区，无条件释放不留定罪记录。
《1974年罪犯自新法令》没有为训诫订立披露期，故视为立即丧失时效。[1][2]
